Exhibitor – Dinner Registration

On Tuesday 21st April we offer you the opportunity to attend our joint exhibitor dinner at 19:00 in the restaurant of the Conference Center.

Please note that all costs related to your stay (accommodation, minibar, food and drinks, exhibitor dinner) must be settled individually at check out.

On Wednesday 22nd April, after the closing of the exhibition, the traditional Bayer sponsored Happy Hour will take place from 18:30 until 19:30. Immediately after the end of the Happy Hour we welcome you at the Brabantzaal where our PCN Walking Dinner will take place until 22:30. We have chosen a different setup this year:

• The Walking Dinner will take place in a larger room: Brabantzaal
• Various food stalls will be placed in the hall where you can savor 8 different dishes
• You will also be entertained by the well-known Berkley Brothers, this time not as a trio of musicians but as a quartet. Also known and appreciated is our fantastic mind hacker Marc Woods, who will be presenting his skills at your table.

Participation fee for this unique evening including delicious food, drinks and entertainment is € 70,00 per person. Please note that the PCN Dinner participation fee will be invoiced seperately. After 22:30 drinks will be for your own account.

If you and/or your colleague(s) wish to attend these dinners and the Happy Hour, please indicate this in the below registration form. Special dietary requirements can be specified in the “Remarks” field. We will then do our utmost to arrange this together with the Conference Center for you.
